Got this meal last week, we’ve been doing HF for almost a year 3x a week. Was the only meal this entire time we just said “meh, fuck it” and tossed the bag/froze the meat because we forgot we were leaving for a trip.
I’m no longer regretting that, so thank you. 😂

I posted the same thing last week and someone told me someone else had posted it the week before on my post, so I’m just paying it forward 🤣
Edit to add: They fully refunded my meal, and I was already going to the store, so I picked up and eggplant and made it. I didn’t like it, especially the carrots, but my wife liked it 🤷♂️ She does love eggplant though.

I once got a carrot that was supposed to be the entire side, but was literally smaller than my pinky finger. I don’t think I’d have even gotten a full baby carrot out of it if I’d peeled it.
