One image, just shows a top down view of 11 quart jars (and one spare 24oz jar) sealed up, clean, boxed and have hand doodled labels on for storage. The box is on a white polyurethane cutting board.
Six labels are for “BBQ Pulled Pork” and six labels are for “Spicy Pork in Broth.”

Oh I want to try this!! I’m so hesitant to try canned meats because I hate store bought ones! But I’m dying to have easy dinners on the shelf!

Just got into canning, doing jalapenos and onions right now. How difficult is pork/meat?? Can you waterbath or do you need a pressure cooker to seal?
