Hummus recipe attached. Ful is basically sautéed garlic and cumin in EVOO, a few cans of fava beans, finished with lemon juice and tahini, and puréed. The salad is just chopped cukes, tomatoes, green bell pepper, and scallions, seasoned with salt, pepper, EVOO, and lemon juice.

I used one and half pounds chickpeas so I tripled the recipe, six cans of fava beans, and lots of veggies. Fed 25.
