Both my kids loved this and so will you since it’s one tray dinner that literally takes 5 minutes of prep. The oven will make this into the creamiest yummiest dinner you’ll have all week! 🍂🍝

1 lbs orzo pasta
12 oz chicken sausage (I LOVE this cheddar one from Trader Joe’s)
1 cup baby spinach
1.5 cup cherry tomatoes
1 spinach and artichoke dip from @traderjoes or wherever you can find one. Room temperature. You can place the dip in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours.
3 cups chicken or vegetables broth

1. Add orzo, chicken sausage, tomatoes and spinach to an oven safe tray. Place dip in the middle, cover with broth and drizzle with olive oil (optional). Add salt and pepper.

2. Bake in oven at 375F for about 30 minutes until pasta is al dente. Remove from oven, mix everything and serve!

It only takes six ingredients and five minutes of prep time to create this creamy dinner that you will love. You will need oro chicken sausage, spinach, cherry tomatoes, then spinach and artich choked it. Add some vegetable broth. That’s it.

  1. This meal takes about 15 minutes to make, not 5.
From knowing each of these ingredients:
    1. Cook the orzo in water for up to 2 minutes before it's ready, so quite chewy (or any other pasta, Im using gluten free penne),

    2. Lay the undercooked pasta in the bottom layer of the pan,

    3. If you dont have the dip, buy garlic & herb cream cheese, and a jar of preserved artichokes

    4. Chop about 6-8 artichokes finely and lay under the cheese in the centre of the pan

    6. Leave out the spinach, tomatoes and sausages for now

    7. Bake at preheated 180°C for 5 minutes, and check every 3 minutes after, until the cheese is looking melted

    8. While that is cooking, heat up a frypan to medium and pour a punnet of tomatoes in to the slightly oiled pan

    9. When the tomatoes are starting to wrinkle, add the chorizo sausages (i didnt use cheesy but up to you).

    10. Turn up the pan to medium-high and cook both til chorizos are slightly charred.

    11. Once all ingredients are cooked to your liking, remove the pan from the oven, pour the sausages and tomatoes in (don't separate. No one cares), mix in with the spinach and enjoy.

If this method works, I'll reply to this with the OK. I do not know this youtuber, so not trying to promote them, just achieve a prep meal.
