    I don’t usually like raw food, so I hadn’t tried it before, but last weekend, I tried it for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The more I chewed, the richer the flavor became in my mouth. The wasabi, soy sauce, and chojang really boosted my appetite, and it paired perfectly with soju and beer. Everyone should try it at least once.

    Ooh one of my favorite winter season raw fish, but kinda fatty to eat a lot tho
