Such great value it’s almost counterintuitive mentioning!

  2. Thisisntmyaccount24

I’ve found a lot of the Kirkland signature wines to be great QPR entry points into different varietals. They’re never the “best” of, but for me they’ve been well priced examples of what the regions have to offer.

  3. BeetsMcGee

I buy a Montepulciano D’Abruzzo that is amazing for the price. It’s perfect if we have people over and start mowing through bottles.

In Australia, big shout out to Wynns Black Label Cab Sav, maybe the best Aussie sub $40 cab Sav out there

  5. Sensitive-Disk-9389

Bodegas Forcada Flor De Baco. Rioja

    # [Quinta do Ermizio Vinho Verde ‘Chin Chin’](https://shrinetothevine.co.uk/products/quinta-do-ermizio-vinho-verde-chin-chin-2024?variant=46273557725428&country=GB&currency=GBP&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21837621521&gbraid=0AAAAA-O35q6WaMhIBKwvZ3fMEyJLR9i_m&gclid=CjwKCAiA_dDIBhB6EiwAvzc1cL29BhVJVWgScOiT9ahQJSVyEhO1s5jUhKsb0f4iIqKflj5w72VikBoCOsgQAvD_BwE)

This specific wine has definitely been doing the rounds in London circles. At £13.00 a pop, it’s such good value and it is a pretty banging wine. It was my go to wine for dinners parties and gatherings for a while.

  7. German Spätburgunder.

The better ones can compete with Bourgogne for about a quarter of the price.

  8. Tight_Head3685

    Gamay/Beaujolais
easily, you will get the biggest names with 30-40 bucks and have a huge variety of soils and styles depending on the cru you buy from. Also its having a great advance in quality with producers extending the limits of this wine every year.

  9. RichtersNeighbour

Envínate Albahra. Fabulous wine for less than 15€.

  10. Cclovis79

2021 Barbaresco Produttori del Barbaresco, Wine Spectator ranked as # 7 Wine of 2025 96-point rating and $45-50/bttl. Spectacular value that drinks now and will be better in a few years.

  11. prolificity

La Rioja Alta 904. Consistently stands up to wines many times more expensive, and I’ve never had a bottle that wasn’t excellent. Ageworthy as anything, too.

  12. titos334

Schramsburg Blanc de Blanc or anything most anything Kirkland label.

  13. loveracity

Anything of quality from Argentina, honestly. Catena, Kaiken, Zuccardi, there’s plenty if you like Malbec.

  14. BequneBoulon

Dalamara Xinomavro from Naoussa. Can get at a supermarket for under 18 euros

  15. HadesxPR

I would say beaujolais morgon or finger lakes, new york riesling. Recently tried a riesling from new york with some age for $20 and it was wonderful great QPR.

  16. Viña Ardanza and Viña Alberdi from La Rioja Alta.

  17. General_Penalty_4292

    La Rioja Alta Vina Ardanza

Or Vina Alberdi for lower cost

  18. Rioja, can find some excellent, but affordable, age worthy wines

  19. delidoll

Ontario Gamays are world class and so cheap.
