🥩 Ingredients for Kofta Kebabs
• 500g 20% Fat Ground beef mince
• 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
• 1 onion, finely diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ red chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tsp sumac
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
🍞 Homemade Pita Bread Ingredients
• 250g all purpose flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• 150ml warm water
• 1 tbsp olive oil
🫓 Method:
1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead into a soft dough (about 5 mins).
3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Divide into 6 balls, roll out into small circles, and rest for 10 mins.
5. Cook on a hot pan or bake at 230°C for 5–6 mins until puffed.
