Let me show you how to make easy protein richch and flavor-packed tuna patties. Take some tuna that comes in olive oil. Then add breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, tomato paste, spring onion, capers and olives, lemon zest and juice, parsley, and oregano. Give it a good squeeze until it sticks together. Then shape it into patties that fit in the palm of your hand and cook them with a drizzle of olive oil until golden. That’s about 3 to four minutes per side. We love them dip in a quick and easy yogurt aioli. Easy, right?

You should make patties with tofu. I make tofu crab cakes and they are delicious
I replaced the breadcrumbs with oats and I let it rest for 10 minutes. It worked out fine
It's even better after I put the leftovers in the fridge
Made it again, I also made a salad with cucumber, tomato, pumpkinseed oil, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes and sesame seeds to go with it. I also boiled two eggs.
