Then add breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, tomato paste, spring onion, capers and olives, lemon zest and juice, parsley, and oregano. Give it a good squeeze until it sticks together. Then shape it into patties that fit in the palm of your hand and cook them with a drizzle of olive oil until golden. That’s about 3 to four minutes per side. We love them dip in a quick and easy yogurt aioli. Easy, right?

  3. I replaced the breadcrumbs with oats and I let it rest for 10 minutes. It worked out fine

    It's even better after I put the leftovers in the fridge

    Made it again, I also made a salad with cucumber, tomato, pumpkinseed oil, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes and sesame seeds to go with it. I also boiled two eggs.
