  1. Single Serve Spinach Artichoke Dip✨ Super creamy, comforting, & super easy to make! You can make this high in protein or just use regular cream cheese for the classic dip. All you need to do is add the ingredients to a small baking dish & bake! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy single serve recipes!)

    Recipe:

    Ingredients-
    2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (or cream cheese)
    3 tbsp mayo
    1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (& 2 tbsp for topping)
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (& 1 tbsp for topping)
    Handful of spinach (or about 1 cup)
    1/3 cup artichoke hearts
    Italian seasoning to liking
    Salt/pepper to liking

    Directions-
    1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
    2. To a small baking dish (I used a small le creuset Dutch oven), add all the ingredients listed above & mix u til well combined.
    3. Top with mozzarella & Parmesan. Then bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese on top is golden & bubbly.
    4. Take out & enjoy with tortilla chips!
