If you’re trying to lose weight but still want food that actually tastes good, you need to make this honey barbecue chicken and garlic palm potatoes. Start by dicing some Maris Piper potatoes. Then transfer them to your air fryer. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Spray with oil. Give them a little shake. Then air fry at 180° C for about 25 minutes. Give the potatoes a shake halfway through. Show some parmesan a great time. Then back in the air fryer, get some diced chicken into a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and onion powder. Mixy mixy. It should be nicely coated like this. Heat some oil in your pan. Then add the chicken. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Add some low-fat butter, barbecue sauce, and honey. Scrape all the flavor off the bottom of the pan. Once the potatoes are nice and crispy, serve them on your plate with the barbecue chicken and some broccoli. Finish with some chives and a final dust of parmesan. Look at that. That is absolutely banging. Lovely.

    200g chicken breast
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    2 tbsp BBQ sauce
    1 tsp honey
    1 tsp low fat butter

    Black pepper

    Ingredients (potatoes):
    200g Maris piper potatoes
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp grated Parmesan
    Salt
    Black pepper

    Method:
    1. Dice the potato into small cubes. Season with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
    2. Place into your air fryer, spray with oil, then air fry the potatoes at 180 degrees celcius for 25 minutes. Turn them halfway through and grate over some Parmesan.
    3. Whilst the potatoes cook, dice the chicken breast and season with paprika, Cajun, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
    4. Cook the chicken in a frying pan with a little oil for 8 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Then add the honey, BBQ sauce and butter. Mix until fully coated.
    5. Serve the chicken with the garlic parm potatoes and some broccoli or salad on the side. Then enjoy, lovely!

  3. Looks great…but low fat butter doesn't exist ! It's so small , just use a little knob of unsalted Kerry Gold. The quality is worth it .

  4. Looks delicious…..but if you really want to lose weight skip the potatoes and eat just the chicken and broccoli.
