Just went to Taco de Diaz's new location on Lamar. While good, it felt a bit overhyped. The Carne Asada was excellent, nice char and great flavor. The Pastor was bland and the Nopales was too sour (too much lime maybe?) Great concept. Reminds me of Taco Stand https://www.letstaco.com/
in Miami. Overall, I"d go back if only for the BEEF! Would love to hear other's feedback.
