I am an avid home cook and this is easily in the top 3 dishes I have ever made

    Pancetta, thin sliced mushrooms, some really good butter, and a splash of cream. I grated some truffle into the sauce and then shaved the rest on top!

    Yumm!
    I recommend also trying Australian black truffles. I find them more “potent”(?).
