I’d really like to make this dish but I don’t cook and I’m totally clueless. It’s from an ad for a recipe app, but I really don’t want to have to download another app. Can anyone tell me what a recipe for this would be? Ie which kind of cheese, bread etc. TYIA!

My guess:
French or Sour Dough bread, sliced tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella, maybe some EV olive oil, I’d add some dried oregano and cracked pepper. It’s got to have garlic some how, maybe in the oil, or break a clove and rub it on the bread. Maybe toast the bread a little before putting the other stuff on. Then toast until the cheese is to your liking.
