
hello everyone, I am new to this diet, and this is my first meal I’ve made and it’s made me fall in love it’s so good and easy to make.
the ingredients are
chickpeas
kidney beans
cherry tomatoes
cucumber
spinach
kalamata olives
bell pepper
chicken
salt and pepper
olive oil
diced almonds
it is super easy to make and all you gotta do is throw it in the fridge until ready to eat and takes just a few minutes to throw together not including the chicken. lmk if i should add anything? or if you have other easy meal prep meals
