Guys, let’s make Caesar salad BLTs. It all starts with the bacon. I got my griddle heated up and we’re going to throw it down. I love doing bacon on the flat top. It’s super simple and I can almost get it all cooked at once. Once I get a good crisp, flip it over. Guys, this bacon looks ready. Now, this is a real simple sandwich. Let me show you how we do it. We got these nice sandwich rolls. I’m going to split it in half and we got to throw it back down on that griddle. Get a little crisp on it. Once it’s nice and toasty, we’ll be ready to cook. Meanwhile, I’m going to make my little Caesar salad. I got romaine, parmesan, my Caesar dressing. Give that a little toss. I’m not going to add croutons because this is going on a sandwich. Bread is toasty. I had a little Caesar dressing. That’s going to be my sauce for the roll. Then we’re going to go ahead and throw down our bacon. I have some thick cut bacon, so a couple slices go down. We’re going to hit that with our nice thick cut tomatoes. Then we throw that Caesar salad right on top of that. Super simple. Throw on that lid. We cut that thing in half. Guys, look at that, man. Just get in there and enjoy. What a treat. Cool sandwich. Fun idea. Served with some Ruffles and we’re good to go. I have always loved BLTs and I have always loved Caesar salad and this is a perfect combination for a sandwich… And I have never said no to bacon in my entire life lol😂

Love BLT 's I don't mind romaine lettuce it's just I don't care for the dressing but I will just add mayo nothing drastic to each his own Kev shows us the idea and you can alter it the way you want. Bon Appetit 🥪
Yum!! Looks great. That Cesar dressing sure looks like it ties in well with the bacon and tomato.
I guess adding Cesar dressing would add a different flavor profile than simple mayo BLT.
I think people are severely underrating bacon cooked in the oven on a baking sheet.. So good, and they come out evenly cooked just about every time..
