Just sent a screenshot of this to my hubby and said β€œthere is absolutely no excuse for this and so I will be making these this weekend.” πŸ˜‚
    They looks so good!

Okay, I want one but switch out buttercream for whipped icing. Cause my stomach cant handle buttercream.

I love how thick and comfy these look like the bakery version of a warm blanket. That filling texture is giving me serious β€œI need to make these immediately.

Yum! I love snickerdoodles, and I never even thought about making them into sandwich cookies. Two thumbs up!

I’ll take 400 please and thank you

  9. Oh my god, these look amazing! I’d definitely be in trouble if they were in my vicinity.

That cinnamon sugar crust paired with the filling is a dangerous combo.

The cookies look soft enough to pair perfectly with that buttercream. Maple and vanilla together always feel cozy.

The cookies look soft in the center with that light crust on the outside, perfect for a sandwich like this.

Snickerdoodles are my favorite and your taunting me with these is cruel and dastardly. In fact, I demand you send me a number of them to soothe the soul you have ripped from my body by producing these delectable desserts.

That’s a mouthful both the name and the COOKIIEEEES

Those look amazing. I have made Sarah Keiffer’s version with pumpkin buttercream, but I have some maple sitting around. I think these may be birthday cookies for someone next month.

Snickerdoodles with a maple vanilla filling sounds like such a good combo. Soft, sweet, and warm all at once.
