It looks absolutely amazing and I'd like to try it but it's only for 3 Cups worth. I know that it's not advised to double up on recipes that are to be canned but does anyone have any other ideas besides separating them out into several separate batches? I've become proficient at making Apple Butter but I'd like to spice it up a bit ( pun intended) with maybe some Bourbon. I'm still fairly knew to canning ( it's only my second year and second harvest of apples seasonally). I'm not sure what the regulations are for canning with alcohol even though most of it cooks out during the process.
Either way I'm open to any good recipes or ideas. TYIA
