    I made mackerel with egg salad last night and spiced it up with horseradish, capers, vinegar from hot peppers, paprika and cayenne, pepper and celery salt.
    Threw it on good sourdough with Swiss

    Whenever I make sardine or mackerel salad, I always make a bit more for the next day as the salad always develops a better flavor the next day
