They're a bit dryer than they're supposed to be because I didn't measure the bananas right, but they're good with milk.
I need to eat something with carbs before I can take my medication, but I don't like eating before work very much so this was my solution.

Forgot to add that my boss let me bake them at work, I made the dough at home
You eat 42 of these for breakfast

Banana Oatmeal Cookies, I never realized that I needed these in my life.
Try adding peanut butter and some (soaked overnight) quinoa
Sub out for some of the egg and butter
do you freeze them?
