Meeratoni with sausage, crema de parmyo and saffron. The ingredients are all in here. One onion, granapadano, oparmigano, pepperonino, saffron, milk, sausage, extra virgin olive oil, vual bono, leaton, unjolio, chipola, salicha. We’ll leave here to cook for a few minutes. We’re going to need about two cups of grated parmyo deano boiling water which we’re going to use for our pasta. But in the meantime, we’re going to make a crema de parmyo. A little bit of milk, saffron. When it’s thickened up a little bit, you can set it aside. We put the pasta in. Little bit of pasta water. Little bit of pepper. Time to plate. Wow. What a petito.
