I mean, I doubt they packed it that way. Seems like a shipping issue.
Get a free box credit, change your delivery day (to hope for a different shipper) and move on.
I’ve done 200 boxes, usually 5 to 8 meals, and I found the sweet spot on who delivers it.
I’ve had times where the box had raw chicken hanging out of it because UPS would chuck it from 5 feet away

My salmon leaked all over the place today. I really wish they had a better system than putting meat and fish on the bottom so it doesn’t get smashed

I’ve never had a box remotely like this! It’s definitely not normal. I’d consider canceling too if mine came like this. That sucks.

Just buy the ingredients in the grocery store from their recipes. They post them online.
Unless you never go to a grocery store, there is 0 reason to do hello fresh. Even if you “waste” ingredients, you’re still saving like 40 bucks a week minimum.
