Here’s this week’s meals, at least the ones I photographed. Short descriptions today, I’m not feeling my best.
First two photos are a fabulous meal, Crispy Fried Chicken Tenders with Caesar Salad and buffalo sauce. I did a take on Alison Roman’s Spicy fried chicken and it was incredible.
Third photo is Char Siu Pork with vegetable fried rice. I used Cassie Yeung’s recipe for Char Siu and it was great, but pork belly reigns supreme over shoulder imo. The fried rice was pretty good but when I make it on the blackstone it’s better. The next day, i ate this with sesame noodles.
Fourth photo is a super lazy teriyaki chicken, broccoli, and rice bowl. I used Bachan’s teriyaki sauce.
Fifth photo (featuring christmas tree- gated because of crazy puppy!) is baked chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries, and CFA Sauce. Really good, and less messy than frying.
Sixth photo is a BLT with avocado + cheddar on whole wheat. I eat this when I’m sad hahaha.
Seventh photo is a loaded baked potato, aka “girl dinner”.
