Got it

In the hustle of Christmas planning, the main event — the ham, the turkey or the seafood — gets all the attention. But ask any seasoned host, and they’ll tell you the secret to a truly memorable holiday meal lies in the sides. They are the supporting cast that adds texture, flavour and a touch of indulgence to the plate.

This year, move beyond the usual steamed veggies and introduce a side dish with serious flavour power: bourbon-glazed roasted sweet potatoes. Roasting brings out the vegetable’s natural sweetness, which is then amplified and deepened by a rich, caramelised glaze made with Jim Beam White Label bourbon. This isn’t just a side; it’s a statement.

To balance this indulgence, you need a drink that is clean, crisp and refreshing. The classic Japanese-inspired Jim Beam Highball is the perfect palate cleanser — tall, icy and sparkling. Together, this pairing delivers a perfectly balanced Christmas dining experience.
