There are tons of recipes out there but I just threw this together. Lots of shredded cabbage, carrots, onions, scallions, a couple of leftover mushrooms and sesame ginger baked tofu for protein. Sauce was soy sauce, rice vinegar, a small amount of sesame oil, homemade chili oil, toasted sesame seeds, grated ginger and garlic—all basically to taste. All mixed together and stir fried briefly so the veg was still crispy/crunchy. Lastly, I threw in a few wonton crisps. Totally optional but I like the extra crunch. Very tasty and easy to throw together with whatever veg you’ve got on hand.

Wok? Or skillet? I find my skillet steams instead of sautées because I need a bigger skillet.
Solid recipe, thanks 😊
This is so smart, I can’t believe I’ve never thought of this!
Is this a full portion? It doesn’t look like much food. Were you full afterwards?
