Also I know my ganache is too runny. Is it just not cold enough or was my ratio off?

Looks good for a first try. Yeah they look kinda gooey on the inside, could use longer in the oven. The interior should be a bit spongy.
Ganache is very sensitive temperature, could just be too warm. Additionally, macaron should be kept in the fridge overnight to mature before serving. (And personally, I think they should be served at room temp afterwards.) So, keep that in mind when evaluating the consistency of ganache
