Soft gooey peanut butter chocolate chip cookies with Reese’s peanut butter cups 🙂

This recipe makes 10 large cookies (4 tbsp each) or about 20 regular sized cookies (2 tbsp each)

*Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Cookies*
1 and 1/2 cups (300g) dark brown sugar
1/3 cup (67g) sugar
1 cup (227g) melted butter (salted or unsalted- cooled)
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (any milk will work)
1/3 cup (85g) smooth peanut butter
3 cups + 2 tbsp (385g) all-purpose flour (make sure to spoon and level off your flour into the measuring cup!)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 and 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 cup (about 170g) Reese’s mini peanut butter cups (cut in half)
1 cup (170g) chocolate chips

♡ *Chill the cookie dough in the freezer for 15 minutes*
♡ *Bake 6 cookies at a time at 350F (177C) for about 12 minutes*
