

Never tried a dry brine before but they went from about 10pm last night until 6pm tonight when I started grilling. I can’t say I noticed anything insanely noticeable from that process but they were about as crispy as I could possibly get them from a sauced/grilled wing. Regardless, i’m definitely really pleased with the way they turned out. Went with a franks buffalo with some garlic and devils spit bbq for the sauces paired with some ken’s ranch. Not too shabby.
