This is the Sushi Premium from Sushi Yokox Omakase in the east village. 1 negitoro roll and 8 pieces of sushi $58. Great packaging. It was pouring when I ordered this and they put it the box in a really nice sealed bag. Even gave me some Andes mints but the side of yuzu soy I ordered was half a thimble so not cool there. Amazing toro roll and really good nigiri. Pieces are clearly a little small but the toro was amazing as was the scallop. I don’t usually like ikura but it was a perfect piece.
If these pieces were just a little bigger this is elite territory because the fish was super fresh, the rice was so well seasoned, a few pieces had just a kiss of wasabi. This is well made and it makes sense since this is a really omakase bar. Im going to visit them soon
