Decent Espresso DE1XL, Fellow Aiden, Niche Zero, and a Acaia Orbit (SPP MP). I have a 5ga bottle of distilled water remineralized with TWW in the IKEA Besta cabinet, and a table top water dispenser on the left to fill water reservoirs.
Currently brewing September Rwanda Giko Hill espresso via the Niche, and September Ethiopia Basha Bekele espresso and pour overs from the Orbit.
