# Preparation
**Marinate the chicken:** Mix sesame oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken breasts and let them sit briefly.
**Grill:** Preheat the grill. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6 minutes until cooked through and juicy. Remove and let rest briefly.
**Prepare the toast:** Toast 2 slices for 2 minutes. Spread with herb butter.
**Assemble:** Place lettuce leaves on the toast. Add a slice of cheddar or gouda. Top with onion rings and chili. Slice the grilled chicken and place on top.
**Finish:** Close the OptiGrill lid and bake the topped toasts for 3 minutes until the cheese melts. Drizzle with chili honey.
