1. Chop the garlic and the pear finely. Cut the carrots and onion into thin strips. Cut scallion into small pieces. Hand pull the oyster mushrooms into strips. 2. In a big bowl, add mushrooms, carrots, onion, pear, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, mix it well and let it marinate for 1 hour. 3. Heat up a griddle pan over high heat, when it’s hot add oil, add the marinated ingredients and pan grill them until most of the sauce is gone and the mushrooms are slightly charred and brown on the outside, add scallion and enjoy!
omg, a dish where you can throw all ingredients into a single bowl? i do that all the time. i usually do oven veggies this way though. wondering how this recipe would turn out as such.
