Some praline bars and cupcakes I made for a reception.


I did half with white and half bittersweet. Was my first time making praline bars.

The cupcakes are vanilla bean bourbon, strawberry milkshake, and chocolate peanut butter

    Funky. I like it. I feel like breaking them up over some spread compote with edible flowers and some chilly flakes here, and some coffee there. Looks beautiful

    The praline bars look excellent. Shine, pattern, uniformity on point. Brilliant job. Any chocolatier would be happy to sell those.

    The cupcakes have uniformity issues, could be a little more refined, but that’s a time issue over skill issue, I’m sure.
