For those who don’t know, the pitmaster used to run Valentina’s. After this many years, I still don’t understand how he doesn’t know how to run operations. You wait in line for 20-30 minutes, place your order, and then wait another 30 minutes or so for your food to come to you. I’ll be honest, their tacos are still really good but the sides were a huge miss. We ordered chips and bean dip hoping it would hold us over until the real food came but we don’t get it until everything else came. If they don’t make any changes, it will be another failed business on his resume.
