
Utilized leftovers for breakfast. Had some roasted delicata squash (thanks to one of the users on this sub for the idea!) and sautéed savoy cabbage with onions. So, reheated it all in the pan, added spinach, then 4 egg whites. Added a dollop of skyr, sriracha, and cilantro. Lots of fiber. Wish it had more protein. I’ll probably eat a couple of slices of turkey deli now. Really filling and delicious!
