    My mom baited me with hey I made soon dubu. It was this and it was SO good.

    4 tubes soondubu Silken tofu
    Half a white onion
    Maybe 3 to 4 green / spring onion
    4 Chilli’s

    For the sauce
    Soy Sauce 1.5 cups (lookes like a rice cup which is 180ml)
    Tuna Sauce 4 spoons (tbsp probably fine)
    Red pepper flakes (gochugaru) 4 tbsp
    Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
    Sugar 4 tbsp
    Roasted sesame seeds.0.5 cup
    Perilla oil 0.5 cup

    Let marinate for at least 2 hours.

    I’d say if you can’t get perilla oil you could use roasted sesame oil maybe with a little olive oil? perilla is a bit distinctive. For tuna sauce alternative if you have dashi you can add some to the soy sauce or if you have Bonito flakes sock them in the soy sauce and then drain and discard the flakes.

    ETA: she said dotorimuk so I think you can use the sauce for acorn jelly salad (I only know some Korean and mostly food related 😅)
