Inner city grilling.

The wife was out tonight, and I found a nice NY strip in the freezer so thought I'd grill myself a nice steak for dinner on the Webber GA.

Cooked it for approximately 40min indirect, than a 2 minute sear on each side, flipping every 30 sec. Pretty happy with the results.
