You have to try these honey mustard chicken wraps. Each wrap contains 51 grams of protein. Start by filleting 500 g of chicken breast and cut into long thin slices just like this. Then lightly spray down your oil and add the seasonings on the bottom of the screen. Then on a pan with medium heat, lay down your chicken all flat so it gets nice and evenly cooked all around. For your sauce, I did two tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 10 g of mustard, honey, and light mayo along with some of the seasons that we used before. Finally, I added a little bit of white vinegar and water just to thin out the sauce so it wasn’t too thick. Flip over your chicken when it gets a nice golden brown on one side. And now you can start building your wraps. I use these high protein ones and I started with the base of lettuce, a third of the chicken, a little bit of tomatoes, and finally our honey mustard sauce. I make meals like this on a daily basis. Follow me for more.
