4 nice skin on, bone in, sardines in olive oil. Top quality oil and top quality fish. Nice mild taste and pleasant texture. 9/10 as sardines go. I had King Oscar's yesterday. For half the price they are nice but I will probably splurge on these José Gourmet again.
Some sourdough with walnut & apricot jam, firey pickled beats, stuffed peperoncini, and TJ's KimChi joined the cause. The sardines were consumed straight from the tin.

Just as long as you don’t follow that with fried eggs and bacon, I’d say you have a well rounded, healthy breakfast. Enjoy!
