Those are my favorite wings in the entire world. The sauce is very unique. The owner used to be the cook but he died. My theory was that he put out a great product every time because it directly affected how much money he made. With any other place where you have employees cooking sometimes you get good wings sometimes not good if the cook doesn’t care.
And this is why telling a Buffalo tourist to drive out to Bar Bill for the best wings is the wrong answer.
This place used to be really nice, then it just came crashing down. 🥁
