Friday night pizza

The warden helped with last night's pizza and she got a kick out of it. Outer burners on high and burner under the stone set to low for a 45 minute preheat. We brushed the crust with olive oil to help brown it up. 11 minute cook time with spin half way through. I've been asking for a pizza oven but the wife says the Genesis does just fine.🤣🔥🍕
