Leftover boiled spud sliced and then grilled with cheese, a punnet of each tomato and mushroom, 3 eggs from the chickens on the property, a couple cups of Homebrand pure Australian orange juice. The plate seasoned with Celtic sea salt and pepper.
$2.50 for the mushroom and tomato total and then the rest was probably minimal costings considering just a couple slices of cheese, 1 potato, free eggs and some juice out of a bottle that sells at 2L for $5.50
Simple but nutritious and tasty.

Butter, salt, pepper, tomato punnet, mushroom punnet, 3 eggs, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 1 boiled spud, pure orange juice.
Fry the tomato and the mushroom in butter.
Slice spud, layer cheese and grill.
Cook cheese to preference and the same with the mushroom and tomato. Fry eggs, plate all up and season with celtic sea salt and pepper then enjoy with the juice.
Breakfast food is so cheap. I always eat a massive breakfast to get me through a good chunk of the day
