With Halloween in the rearview mirror, it’s full steam ahead to the holiday season. Whether your tree is already decorated or you’re waiting until after Thanksgiving to let the sleigh bells ring, it’s never too early to indulge in festive treats. Dunkin’, Starbucks, and Dairy Queen certainly think so, because all three chains have already dropped cozy new menu items to help fans get into their merriest moods.
Now, Häagen-Dazs is jumping on board and rolling out its holiday collection, which includes an all-new frozen creation and three returning seasonal favorites.
Häagen-Dazs Debuts New Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate
What’s better than peppermint bark ice cream and creamy hot cocoa? When the two come together to form a frozen dessert. Lucky for us, that’s exactly what Häagen-Dazs just debuted at its ice cream shops. The new Frozen Peppermint Bark Hot Chocolate combines peppermint bark pieces and crushed peppermint candy with rich, chocolaty flavors, adding a minty twist to the classic holiday drink.
And that’s not the only minty item to grace menus this winter. Häagen-Dazs is also bringing back three fan favorites from last year: the Peppermint Bark Shake, the Peppermint Bark Dazzler, and the Peppermint Bark Dipped Waffle Cone.
The Peppermint Bark Shake is made with peppermint bark ice cream and topped with fluffy whipped cream, extra peppermint bark, and candy bits. For something more indulgent, the Häagen-Dazs Peppermint Bark Dazzler offers layers of hot fudge and chocolate cookie pieces between scoops of peppermint bark ice cream. The cup is topped with a generous serving of whipped cream, more cookies, and even more peppermint bark crumbles.
Like last year, guests can swap out their regular waffle cone for a festive one coated in smooth dark chocolate and crushed peppermint, adding a touch of holiday cheer to every scoop.
These seasonal treats are available now through Jan. 14, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy them all winter long. But who are we kidding? We’re already planning our first Häagen-Dazs run.
