Okay, this one’s going to be your new go-to party dip. But first things first, before we start cooking, let’s make our hearts happy. Light a candle. Take a deep breath. Now we can begin. We’ll need three cloves of garlic. Peel them slowly with a bit of patience. Then grate them. Add some oil to your pan. Once it’s slightly hot, add the grated garlic. Let it sizzle a bit. You’ll smell that amazing aroma. Now it’s time for the tomato paste. About 2 to three teaspoons is enough. Let it fry together with the garlic until it gets a little darker in color. Next up, pomegranate paste. The tangy kind. Add two teaspoons of that, too. Fry everything together just a little bit. When it reaches that nice deep color, add the olives. Mix them well so they’re all coated in the sauce. Heat. Heat. Now, season it. A pinch of salt, a little pepper. I also added some red pepper flakes, but if you don’t like it spicy, skip that part. And now my secret ingredient, dried tomatoes. Add them in. Give it a quick stir. Just enough to mix everything together. And that’s it. Serve it in any dish you like and enjoy your delicious olive dip. Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat.
