We’ll need three cloves of garlic. Peel them slowly with a bit of patience. Then grate them. Add some oil to your pan. Once it’s slightly hot, add the grated garlic. Let it sizzle a bit. You’ll smell that amazing aroma. Now it’s time for the tomato paste. About 2 to three teaspoons is enough. Let it fry together with the garlic until it gets a little darker in color.
