Let’s make a waffle sundae from Parks and Wreck. I love this TV show and the character Leslie Nope loves waffles, but one that she was absolutely beaming about was a waffle sundae. So, today we’re going to make it. Fun fact, I got to play an elf on an episode of Parks and Wreck. It was for their holiday special. First up, we’re going to whisk together all of our dry ingredients. So, in a large mixing bowl, we’re going to mix together our flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Just whisk together till well combined. Next, mix together your wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl. We’ve got milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs. Break up those yolks. Let me find those yolks. Now, pour all of your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients. And whisk together until everything’s well incorporated. You don’t want to see any more dry ingredients. Or put a big scoop, heaping scoop in each one of these. This waffle iron makes like four waffles. All right, let’s close it up. Oh. All right. All right. All right. We’re going to take this waffle and we’re going to turn it into a waffle sundae. First, we’re going to need a scoop of ice cream. Then some whipped cream. Boom. Then a drizzle of chocolate. And top it off with a small cherry. We have done it. We have made the waffle sundae from Parks and Wreck. And when she’s eating this, she’s so happy. She eats the cherry first. So, I’ve got to do it.
