I Used sugar beans ratios but French method, since I found Michelle’s ratios to too sweet for my liking. They do not seem as shiny and the feet look smaller than my usual recipes that come out hollow

    They look great! Taller feet that are spread out is not necessarily better. Maybe you could whip the merengue more but honestly they look perfect

    Opinions differ, but this is what I prefer to see out of macaron feet. In my experience of buying and baking macarons, the higher the foot, the more hollow the shell. These look great MommaBear!
