Love bear meat. For 6 years, in the fall, we had a game dinner at my cousin’s bar. Had some of the best bear dishes. From roasts to stews. A friend gave me a lot of black bear jerky. It was fantastic. Enjoy your harvest.
Also had mountain lion, split tail beaver, squirrel pot pie, elk, moose, and almost every species of NA game birds, rabbit red sauce over pasta, and more…those were the days
