I had my first vendor event last night and it was a disaster. There wasn't nearly the amount of people there that they said there would be and hardly anyone shopped. But I'm still proud of what I put out and wanted to share them anyways.

Cute set up! That’s too bad it wasn’t what you were promised.
For your sugar cookies, I would recommend finding a way to display them so that they are more visible. When they are in the boxes, no one can see what you are offering unless they walk right by your table. If they are a few feet away, they won’t be able to see much. Display really does make a huge difference in drawing customers in.
Can I ask how the kits work? I’m new to making cookies, and I thought you had to use the royal icing within a few hours of getting it to the right consistency or else it will separate?
