    You know what? You were probably thinking about other things for just a minute per side longer. HOWEVER it does have a great crust, and still looks friggin juicy on the inside. I bet it was great anyways so, I don’t fault ya.

    Also, to be fair, that fat looks very well rendered.

    A fattier steak like ribeye is perfectly ok at medium. I actually prefer the cap at medium anyway.

    I mean, it’s a ribeye so a little overdone means the fat will be fully rendered. It’s the one cut that’s still a banger on the slightly overdone side, tbh

    I did the same after a break up. I had a steak a day for like a week. Not sure why, but it was a fun journey to grill/smoke a steak and just be one with the grill. It was therapeutic to me. Keep your head up kid, it gets better. I’m now in a healthy relationship and engaged. It gets better
