๐Ÿ‘‹ Hello and welcome! Today I will share with you incredibly delicious chickpea recipes everyone should try! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ’– Mash 1 can cooked chickpeas (8oz | 240g). Watch the video to learn new way how to cook chickpeas, itโ€™s so tasty! Add 1/2 cup diced carrot (2oz | 60g). Chop half an onion. I love chickpeas! They are so tasty, protein rich, gluten free and very nutritious! ๐Ÿ’– Grate 1 cup zucchini (6oz | 180g). Place grated zucchini in a fine-mesh sieve. Season with a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes. ๐Ÿˆ Greetings from Lancy! ๐Ÿ˜ฝ ๐Ÿ’– Press to remove moisture. 2tbsp chickpea flour. 2tbsp brown rice flour. 2tbsp chia seeds. 1tbsp nutritional yeast. 1/2tsp Korean red chilli flakes. Season with salt. Mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Make 2oz | 70g patties. Coat patties in flour. This chickpea recipe is good for lunch or dinner! It’s delicious and high in protein. Wash and drain chickpeas. Place chickpeas in a food processor bowl. Chop 1 cup parsley (2oz | 60g). This is a very simple recipe everyone can make at home. Just follow my step by step instructions. Mince 1 garlic clove. Vegans enjoy this easy chickpeas dish a lot and for non vegans it will be a surprise how good this vegan recipe is! ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ‘ Season with 1tsp coriander. 1tsp ground cumin. Season with salt. 2tbsp oil. Blend until coarse. โ„น๏ธ Do not over blend the mixture. Make 1oz | 30-50g balls. Arrange chickpea balls on baking tray. Spray with oil.
