I know some of you out there like to plan your weeks snacks and meals down to an exact plan. I'm going camping sort of and decided to do this.

I was very surprised at how long it took to think, count, and pre weigh everything on my scale for 3 days. No way this is easier then just taking it day by day.

After this I've realised I definitely like just taking things on a daily basis 😂
